Soraya Khaja – Usability and Accessibility

Content–in its various forms–has power; power to build communities, to enhance an individual, to help others to spread ideas, to bring entertainment, and so much more. The same can be said about tangible products. But when a concept or a product is presented and built in a manner that is not intuitive, human, and simple, it can be lost and ignored.

My interest and my passion lie in taking that content, taking that idea, and making it usable for the masses. I am that person who approaches every project empathizing with the customers, learning their needs and wants, and seeing how to best design to ease their use of the product while meeting the product team’s goals.

Aside from my passion for UX Design and Accessibility, I enjoy reading, baking and cooking, going for hikes, going on spontaneous scenic drives, and surprising my son with 5am trips to our local breakfast shop.
